CPE1201 is an 1000Mbps Outdoor wireless ethernet bridge support 3KM Long Range WiFi Extender with LED display to configure the PT/PTMP connection, more stable and simpler to build the PTP/PTMP connections, meet with multiple Wi-Fi transmission scheme demands. Outdoor ethernet network bridge Waterproof, dust proof, lighting protection. It works at 5GHz frequency, which is more stable and of higher speed and anti-interference performance than 2.4GHz wireless bridge. It’s easy to manage through the WEB interface.

CPE1201 Kit Function:

A. the device has two pairing modes. The auto pairing mode and the customize mode. In auto pairing mode, you simply connect both bridges to the PoE power adapter, the bridges will auto pair in a few minutes. In customize mode, you can use the ethernet cable to connect the bridges to the computer to configure the master and slave parameters. This mode is more suitable for experienced user.

B. You can use the device for extending your home network to a long distance, output WiFi hot point, also you can use it for transmitting the long ranges IP cameras' video stream to the control center without complicated wiring connection.

C. For point-to-point access connection, you can use the auto pairing mode. For point to multiple point connection, you can use the customize mode.

CPE1201 Kit Application:

1.Long distance internet sharing, the master bridge gets the internet and transfer it to the slave bridge which is connected to the router or computer

2. Outdoor access point, you can send a Wi-Fi signal into a much larger area. For example, they can be used to send Wi-Fi into a large courtyard outside the main building. There are also outdoor access points that send a wireless signal from one router to another, which is really useful if you have a guest house that you want Wi-Fi in. Whatever your Wi-Fi needs, we’ve found the best outdoor access point for you. The master bridge connects to the internet source and output WiFi hot point transmit up to 1.8miles & 60-degree angle, you can get access to the WiFi hot point in this area.

3. Connect to the IP cameras from another building without wire connection, you can manage the IP cameras of different places in one DVR system.

4. Point to multiple points access, you can connect to multiple slave bridges, to manage more than one building's IP cameras in one DVR system.

The master bridge and slave bridge must be installed face to face, the antenna is not omnidirectional, it has a 60-degree transmission angle, the straight installation without blocking objects would get the best performance.

CPE1201 Wireless Bridge Interface

Overview

The outdoor wifi extender work by two modes, auto pairing mode with pre-programmed suitable for newbie and customize mode suitable for experienced user.

Auto pairing mode:

Connect the bridges to the PoE power adapter, the Power LED lamp turns green, system is power on, when both bridges are power on, they will auto pair in a few minutes, during the pairing the LAN status LED lamps all turn green. The digital LED indicator displays the numeric in red color.

You can find a good frequency without interference by pressing the "RST" button to change the channel, short press the button, the LED indicator will display the numeric "0","1","2","3"..."F" one by one, and change in cycle, each numeric means a different frequency, you can find the details in the user manual.

At the auto pairing mode, the bridge also output WiFi hot point, and the access password is pre-programmed in auto paring mode. When the channel changes, the access password changes as well. For example: the WiFi hot point name is CPE5G_5G161, and the default password is zllinkcpe123456161, if the WiFi hot point name is CPE5G_5G153, the password would be zllinkcpe123456153. The last three numbers of the password must match the last three numbers of the name.

Customize mode:

At this mode the bridged must be connected to the computer and set different IP addresses and working modes, short press the "RST" button will not be functional at this mode, but you can press and hold this button for over 10 seconds to reset to factory setting.
