Overview:
Thanks for your purchased our product, this mini telephone recorder only support analog telephone system, please read the user manual careful to understand how to use.
Installation:
The Telephone recorder has two RJ11 ports (line1 and line2), connect the port of line1 or line2 to the telephone base RJ11 line port, and the other port of line1 or line2 connect to land line source.
Home analog telephone system connection guide:
Connect it to USB power supply(provided) The red LED light turn on when connected to power supply.
The above connection diagram only for refer, your connection may differ. When the connection completed, the device will start working automatically.
The recorder start recording the voice when the phone headset pick up, the red LED light will flashing one time per second.
when put down the headset, or press the call end button, system will stop recording, and auto save the recorded files and named by date and time.
Playback:
Connect the recorder to computer using the USB cable provided.
Please wait for few seconds, the computer will install the driver automatic, then the computer will pop up a removable disk logo, double click to open it up and there will be display a folder “WAV” and “time.txt”.
The recorded file is saved under the WAV folder, the file name format is "year - month - day - hour – minute-second-recording number. wav”.
Setting Date and Time:
Connect it to computer via USB cable, open the removable disk, at the root directory to create a file named “time. txt” and edit content: "2021-08-08 09:20:00" updated the content and save the files.
Take out the recorder from computer and connect it with USB power supply, it will updated the date and time, you can records a file to check it.

Troubleshooting:
When the storage space is insufficient, or the device on halt, the red light will flashing quickly, If you want to continue to use this recorder, delete the files or open the cover change a memory card, the device will working back.
Note:
A. Please check power supply is properly connected after installation, when it powered, the red LED light will turn on.
B. Format the U disk if couldn't open the U disk
when connect to computer. If red LED light flashing quickly, it means the memory card error, please open the cover to exchange a new memory card.
C. This phone recorder only support analog telephone system, do not support VOIP digital telephone system, please check before use.
